My regular fee for individual psychotherapy is $260 per 45-minute session and $325 per 60-minute individual/couples session. I am open to doing longer sessions and meeting more frequently, depending on the needs of the client.
I am not an in-network provider for any insurance companies. I am an out-of-network provider with most health insurance plans. If you use an out-of-network insurance plan, I can bill your insurance carrier plan directly for you. Co-pays can be reasonably low for clients with out-of-network benefits. You may want to ask the following questions to your insurance provider:
Do I have out-of-network health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? How much is it and how much has been met?
What percentage of the therapy fee is covered?
How many sessions are covered per year?
I also work with a limited number of clients on a sliding scale. Sliding scale appointments are based on need and availability. If you are in need of therapy and feel that your income may make it difficult to pay my full fee, please ask me about the availability of reduced fee appointments during our initial phone consultation.
